Dr. Harris, D.D.S.
- Born in Ogden and raised in Pleasant View, UT
- Undergraduate degree from Weber State University
- D.D.S. (Doctor of Dental Surgery) from Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine
- Member of the American Dental Association, Utah Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Orthodontic Society, Academy of LDS Dentists and certified by Academy of Laser Dentistry
- Dr. Harris and his wife Angie feel blessed to raise their three daughters and son in the beautiful Cache Valley
- Never sitting still, Dr. Harris enjoys camping, boating trips to Bear Lake and is an avid competitive cyclists
- Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish
- Dr. Harris enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and has participated in countless hours of continuing education to provide express comprehensive care for his patients. He is eager to serve you and your family
Dr. Haas, DMD
- Born and raised in Logan, Utah
- BS in Biology from Brigham Young University – Idaho
- DMD (Doctorate of Medicine) in Dentistry from Midwestern University in Arizona
- Practiced in Hailey and Twin Falls, Idaho prior to joining Smithfield Dental Care & Orthodontics
- Proud and loving father of three amazing children: Allie, Jack and Lucy
- Loves skiing, fishing, biking, running, camping, and movies with his family
- Recently found a love for running and challenges himself by participating in marathons
Dr. Chu, DMD, MSc
- Born in Guangzhou, China, Dr. Chu is proud to call Utah home for over 20 years
- BS degree in Pharmacology and Toxicology from University of Toronto
- MS in Medical Biophysics (cancer biology) from University of Toronto
- Valedictorian of her dental class at Goldman School of Dental Medicine, Boston University
- Post-graduate residency in orthodontics at State University of New York in Buffalo New York
- American Board of Orthodontics (2012 – current)
- Past Chair of American Student Dental Association (ASDA) Section on Orthodontics
- Past Assistant and Adjunct faculty at University of Utah and Roseman University
- Past Dental Director of Community Health Centers, Inc of UtahÂ
- Dr. Chu enjoys traveling the world and experiencing new foods and cultures
- Dr. Chu is a proud mother of two beautiful daughters
- Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese
